After an internal transaction is completed, there should be an option to return the transactions so that if any issues occurred with the actual stock the user can pull the original transaction and return. It should work the same way as a credit/debit note in Order Entry

  • I am at a client right now where this is definite requirement.

  • Occasionally staff will put on internal usage a very large number of items – for example they mean to internal useage 1 packet of sugar and they enter 10,000 packets. We can do an IC Adjustment to get the quantities and cost right but it has already gone to expense account in GL (Staff refreshments in this case) and then it is a GL debit and credit issue. Hoping Sage will make is easier to do for Sage 300.

  • I see there is a field for transaction type Return in the table - planned but never coded?

  • We issue 25 gadgets to an employee (box of 25) and they return the unused gadgets.
