Add to the Sage ERP Accpac Administration area for SageCRM for each user assigned to a specific company one additional field for Salesperson code from the specific company linked. The Salesperson codes are already synced over to the SageCRM database from each company.

By adding this field and mapping this one piece of information, we now have the triangle of data to connect the Salesperson details on Orders in Accpac with the SageCRM User data such as forecasts, opportunities, cases, etc. With this connection we can now create reports within Sage ERP Accpac Intelligence linking all of this data into Salesperson specific dashboards by company.

We could also create views within SageCRM connecting this data together which would allow for SageCRM reports to be created with this information.

  • You can do this by adding this field into the user table.

    When a customer is promoted into Accpac we should always see the sales split into the CRM of this customer.

    Also, the security in CRM should allow all sales persons from this account to have the security to work with this account when the CRM security profile allow only to work with account assign to the user.
