If the calc sequence number is incorrect the message "Record already exists in CPCHKH" is displayed. Payroll may or may not calculate. Integrity check does not report errors or warnings. Data repair fixes the error but is expensive and time consuming. Payroll is time sensitive and may cause employee hardship if it is processed late. Direct deposit usually requires a two day lead time. Employees working on distant projects cannot easily pick up their paycheque.
