URGENT

When selecting the Printed Status of Canadian ROE status within the link the ROE pending status changes all terminated employees within payroll to ROE pending, not just the new ones. This should be fixed to update only active employees and set them terminated - ROE pending.

• Awesome Sage! Lets send in ROE's to the government more than once. That should trigger some unnecessary audits for our customers.
