It would be nice to have a way to automatically run the integrity checks. We have 6 companies (some of them quite large) so it takes a lot of time to manually run them. If they could be put on a scheduler and automatically run & saved to a folder that would be great.

Don't be cheap, buy Process Scheduler from Orchid Systems! I think this is Level 1 functionality so it should only cost $500 for the product
Orchid Process Scheduler is a very good product, speak to your Business Partner about this product. Yes, Level 1 is all you need to run unattended DIC's in Accpac.
