Would like to print the Vacation Payout line on a check but not print the vacation accrual line. Currently, the only option is to print or not print. So if you select not to print because you do not to show the vacation accrual amounts (current pay and total balance), the system will also not print the vacation payout line when it is paid to the employee.

Just have your Business Partner modify the crystal report for you using a conditional supression. I have done this numerous times and it takes less than 15 minutes to modify via Crystal Reports.
