IC Transfers - Add a "Receive All" button on the Transit Receipt screen to receive all quantities of all detail lines.

by default, when we open a TRANSIT RECEIPT, it marks the quantity received anyways. if you hit post, it receives everything on the transfer. if you want to receive LESS, that's when you have to manually change.
