Change the Serial/Lot Number Inquiry report to show a serial/lot as Reserved if it has been committed to an order, but not shipped.

Currently, it shows as Available.

It would be especially helpful to be able to see that a serial is reserved and to what order in Serial Numbers under I/C Items and Price Lists.
