- have "1" button in I/C to remove an item./ This would AUTOMATICALLY remove ALL required fields in all required tables AS LONG AS the item is not on an incomplete order or incomplete PO, has been processed by Day-End. Additionally, to maintain integrity, the item number field in OE and PO should not report on a data integrity report for items that no longer exist - whether you need an additional field in these modules to accomodate this or not. Simply make this happen - many BP's have clients with IC lists three times bigger than what they need to be, and take 4 times as long to run reports, even if the items are marked inactive and finders are set to exclude inactive items.
