Create a cheaper licensing model that allows a particular user to only be able to access a limited number of functions in the system. For instance, with bundle pricing it seems punitive to require payment of $2495 to have an additional user enter invoices. Timecard users are free (thanks to some changes in plans by the ACCPAC team a couple of years ago) so why not allow a lite user mode to access only some features for less than full price. To avoid abuse there should probably be a means of restricting that functionality change on the fly to skirt around the limitation. Maybe a limit of one major change of functionality per day or something like that
