In some situations a PO is required to be receipted and invoiced prior to physical receival of the goods. It would be handy to be able to receive these to a GIT location, with subseqent transfer process to a physical location when physically received.
This will allow for greater control of the accounting aspects of this type of purchase. (normally found with imported items with lengthy delivery times).

Yes, please! We have four clients who require this, and we're currently using PO Receiving into a "GIT" location, then having to perform stock transfers when it really arrives. In the meantime, they need to have it be an asset on their books, and they really want to keep track of when the real arrival time "here" is.
