So looking at it if a customer / user votes to get some problem looked at there is less than a 1% chance of it being actioned.

Perhaps Sage / Accpac can explain why their response rate is so low?

  • Whenever anything needs changing the answer is "enter it on the Ideas site". Some ideas from many years ago have recently turned up in Accpac, maybe because of this and the previous PREP process, but who knows.

It would be nice to see some form of (non-automated) response from Sage to every idea suggested.

  • I can't believe how little difference our ideas seem to mean to Sage. There are suggestions here with many, many votes that are up to 3 years old and no action is planned on them. I have been using Sage for 4 years now. We recently upgraded from 5.3 to 5.6 and, though I was quite excited at all the improvements I thought there would be, I can count on one hand what has actually improved. I find Accpac a most primitive program and tell anyone that. It does not have features that were standard in programs of similar price I was using 10 years ago.
