We pay for the Sage payroll update annually to get the updated tax rates etc. However, when we use the function to print “Laser for employees”, the printout does not fit onto the newest T4 issued by the federal government. So we couldn’t use the forms that we had ordered. I believe that aligning to the most current T4 form should be included as part of the update, since it is a functionality of Sage Accpac to print on original forms, besides printing on plain paper. Why would you offer the option if it’s not usable?
