Totally agree. Shouldn't have to purchase additional software for this feature.
We use Print Boss for this. It is a very inexpensive product and works really well. Their support staff is excellent
We also use Print Boss for this function. It works very well and have had great support with our Accpac service provider.
We use Sage ERP 300 and I was told I had to purchase HRMS system inorder to email payroll stubs or email the documents individually. Originally I was informed that emai feature was part of Sage ERP 300.
If we can send invoices by email, why can we not send pay statements by email?
We use Print Boss as well, however I think this should be included in Sage
eTransmit from Zinck Computer Services will let you email or fax all payment advices as well as PO's, Invoices, etc.
Print Boss is good, however emailing paystubs should be included in the Sage 300 software.....just like AR or OE Invoices, POs, AR statements, etc.
Sage has no reason not to include ability to email payroll stubs either during or after payroll cheque run.
Totally agree, when they provide the direct deposit function, they should also have the email payroll slip.

Totally agree!!!!! Sage should have auto emailing of payroll advices. Our previous payroll system automatically did this, we pretty much took a step back in that aspect. All our employees liked this feature as well as our office staff, makes a lot more work (less efficient in our eyes) to have to print and stuff these!!!! Please add!!!!
You have this functionality in Sage 50 so why not in Sage 300 which is supposed to be a more robust program
Agree, Sage 300 should have auto emailing of payroll advice feature.
Come on Sage 300 this is not acceptable....time for change and will pass onto others that Sage 300 does not allow emailing of payroll advices through their program.

Happened upon this request by a customer just last week. Please add it to payroll functionality. Printing payroll checks for large organizations appears to be a thing of the past.

I can't believe in this day and age, especially with a program like Sage that emailing paystubs is not a function. Even little accounting programs offer this. We pay a lot of money for Sage 300 and shouldn't have to purchase a separate program to email paystubs. This is something that needs to be corrected yesterday!! Come on Sage 300, get with the times.
Make it possible to print and email pay stubs from previous pay periods as well.
