Would like to have the ability to limit who can delete an order or who can complete an order.

This would aid in preventing fraud for employees who create an order, never finish processing an invoice, pocket the cash from a customer and then delete the order so that there is no trace in the system.
With the ability to limit Deleting also add a Deleted Reason bucket to be ale to report on.
