Is it possible to have the credit limit for all of the customers attached to this national account to reside at the national account level.
This will then allow each of the branches to buy what ever they want as long as the total of all the branches do not exceed the national account limit.
It is normally head office that dicatates what can be spent and not what can be spent at each branch - it is a total company spend.

  • National accounts has always worked this way.
There's a total limit at the national account level, and each customer also has it's own limit. If you give each customer a limit greater than or equal to the national account limit it will act as you have requested. You can probably set the customer to no limit, and hopefully it will still be bound by the nat account limit - I haven't tried that.
