Allow us to modify which fields from the Sage 300 ERP Customer screen are available for updating when promoting a Company to a customer or Vendor from within Sage CRM. For example: the Price list, Inventory Location, Check for duplicate PO, FOB Point, OE Template, etc. These fields are located on the invoicing tab of the Sage 300 Customer screen. This would allow users who promote a Company to either a Customer or Vendor to complete the setup without having to log directly into Sage 300.

  • The tab can be 100% customized. Open up the Company_Promote_Lite.asp page in the Accpac folder inside the CustomPages directory of CRM. You'll need to create new fields based on what you're talking about, and also modify the sync procedure if those fields need to be pre-populated from Accpac. This is a fairly common customization request.
