We are constentally having to manually check on accounts one at a time to find out if our staff contacted them. If we could simply create a group, run a report with date ranges, it would make life much easier. At present, we have to create a Marketing Campaign after the fact or work with our consultant for a very expensive fix that has a lot of limitations.
