for the "Type" filed of "Comments/Instructions" it would be helpful if this area could have the ability to default at different times. For example: at Quote/Order time it would default to "Instructions". At Invoice time it would default to "Comment". It's too easy to forget to change default when you do all areas and this affects printing etc of important information.
