Cancel a purchase order

Could you please provide for a "Cancel PO" button on the main PO screen for POs that has not been receipted. Sometimes PO's are not receipted at all or not approved so it makes sense to have a cancel status at header level, which will not make it available for receipting or invoicing purposes.

  • If you do not care about the PO numbering, you should be able to just delete the PO if nothing has been received on it.Right?

  • Why do we need a third party to be able to cancel an un-receipted PO in Sage Accpac ERP. I have this need in organisation to be able to cancel PO. Sage must release a service pack that will address these weakness in the system.
