The issue can arise, where a salesperson sends a quote out with detail line discounts. The discount is applied to the extended value of the detail line not the unit price, which creates a situation where the (qty) * (unit price on crystal report) does NOT equal the extended value of the detail line. The crystal report rounds to the unit price to the nearest penny and therefore the unit price is invalid.
The customer then gets this quote, accepts the quote and enters it into their system as a PO using the unit price from the crystal report, resulting in the document total in the customer’s system being different than the document total in Sage300 by a number of pennies.
Each approved quote then requires manual updates to match it with the customer's purchase order.
An option to round unit price discounts to the nearest penny would resolve this issue.

I agree. This continues to cause problems with my largest customer account.
