After updating our SAGE version from SAGE ERP 500 to SAGE 300 ERP. Our system showing very slow to open and cancelling a transaction of all module. Example: If we want to closed a Purchases Order transaction screen it will take 3-4 minutes to close the transaction screen. This is happening in our all transaction screen.

Please sumbit a case with our Customer Support team at your earliest opportunity. It is most unlikely that this is related to the core product. A similar issue was escalated today that was eventually resolved by reconfiguring a Symantec anti-virus setting. It may or may not be related but we need more information to help with this request.
We have Quick Heal anti virus in the Server & same anti virus in our Work Station. For testing we had formatted one WS and without anti virus installed Sage but the problem in Speed is remain same. Please help us to run the Sage application.
This is not a virus-checker problem. Look for references to non-existent servers in the PATH, or the customization directories. Better yet, contact your local Accpac consultant, your problem doesn't belong in this Ideas forum, it belongs in a tech support forum.
