In V7 the only option is Aatric which is very slow for large databases - using crystal reports for the 941 and W2 works much faster

Seriously Sage, this was not a good thing to take away. Bring back the ability to create an electronic W-2 file without having to pay Aatrix too! And State filing!
Its great to have AATRIX and it provides value for the money if you want the features, but there are many Sage end users who don't want the extra expense or functionality and they see it as just another way for Sage to get money.
I'm with the others! The old method, which worked every time and didn't have so many confusing screens needs to come back!
Make the Crystal Report versions an option, this is very important for any of the larger payroll implementations
it's always about the choice .. provide the value and users will come .. why not allow the options that have been present for many, many versions?
Sage needs to bring back the reports without AATRIX.
I have clients that won't use this because they are upset that Aatrix is getting private information about their company and employees including SSAN's and they have no choice in the matter. Sage made the decision for them.
I'm sure aatrix is very secure, at least as secure as Target.
Being a new user to Sage300 Payroll (used SagePro 200), having Sage make a deal with a third party entity and force users to utilize that third party is ludicrous. Security is an issue and creates liability for companies that utilize Aatrix.
Please return the reporting and allow the customer the option of using AATRIX or filing returns/W2's without using the service! There was a lot of negative feedback in Jan-Feb 2014 about this. Please return the reporting. We are not upgrading US Payroll to 2014 for this reason in hopes it will be corrected before January 2015.
Aatrix was the worst decision Sage made in years. For large payroll clients it's simply unusable.
We have 32 separate databases and cut 5,875 W2s - ON PAPER - since we have heard other users screaming about this. Our upgrade in Sage 300 ERP was to V2012 but we kept Payroll one version down to keep control of issuing our own W2s and filing 941's ourselves. Please Sage - return this control!

Please all the customer the ability to choose between filing themselves and using Aatrix! Aatrix support thusfar has not been very helpful and there is not a lot of information that I have been able to find to guide us through our W2s! Please bring back the old way and return the control to the company!
We should have the option of using Aatrix or not. The extra expense should be our choice not mandatory!
Not having an option to submit our electronic W-2s ourselves is not right. You should have sent that out for a vote & I bet the vote would have been NO!!! We have to pay for enough and shouldn't have to be forced to run it this way. Replace with the option of filing this way or not please!!!!
I would like the option to run on paper for checking dollar amounts for tax payments. It takes way to long to generate in Aatrix. I don't mind using them to file the reports.
The Aatrix program is way too slow. It gives no options to print W2s in anything other than 4up. I can't file electronically on my own or using any other service. This change to Aatrix is horrible. Bring back the old way as an option or ditch Aatrix altogether.
Please at least give us an option to print either way.
