Vendor Contract Costs in the PO module should have its own security privilege in Administrative Services Security Groups. Currently, access to all PO Setup Maintenance must be granted in order to get to Vendor Contract Cost. There are cases where users should have access to setting up Vendor Contract Costs, but NOT have access to all the other PO Setup functions.
