We have employees who leave and come back based on project needs. If they come back within 3 months, the vacation percentage continues from their Original Hire Date, not the Last Hire Date. We can't get the correct percentage for these people to calculate on their checks unless we use their Original Hire Date in payroll. We don't want to do that as we then need to "remember" the date for ROEs, etc.
