I know you can use an optional field to add a 60 character general comment to an account but it would be nice if a comment field could be added to the main account setup tab. We have users who would like to make notes on accounts to keep track of things like why they inactivated it, or what it's purpose is, etc....

• A lot of accounts like to specify in those comments what will be the exact purpose of that account and whay type of operations they will be able to put there !!! Great idea very useful.

• It would also be good to be able to enter a warning on each GL account that would come up when an entry is made - such as use a/c no ... for .....
