All entry screens should have the ability to change default selections. Printing of forms and reports allow this by using the Save Settings option from the menu bar. Other entry screens, such as the Generate Inventory Worksheet (only used as an example here), do not allow the user to Save Settings. UI profiles should then be used to protect these screen changes so that users cannot change these settings without authorization.
