when using the US payroll and setting up employee information, they system asks for the SSN in the correct format when entering it but when it is displayed in the employee file it shows as the Canadian format XXX-XXX-XXX which is more difficult for users to interpret and it makes the SSN not appear as being correct. How quickly can this be changed. I would think it would a big thing for the US payroll users.
