Most of the Crystal Reports are using the ARIALUNI font. The Sage ERP 300 setup doesn't install this font so the Crystal Reports will switch to Times New Roman. Excel isn't required to run Sage ERP 300 (unless you want to print financials) but that's the way that the font is being installed.

So if you're creating a VM for demo purposes you also have to install MS Office, otherwise the reports will look like they were printed on Windows 3.1.

Current work around is to copy the font from another workstation.

It should be included in the setup script.

Comments

  • This font does not appear to be included in Office 2016, so it should be included in the Sage 300 install

  • This will be a great time saver.
