We are in wholesale business and our customer service team takes orders over phone that involve multiple items. Almost all of our customers have set requirement of how many items they can order in any given day. So we are entering the order, our customers will ask how many they ordered so far. And the only way for us to find that out is by manually adding all the qty ordered using calculator or post the order. This processes is very inefficient and leads to unnecessary credit notes by over ordering items.
