You cannot add a customer with a balance to a national account. If I have ten good customers who are always ordering and paying in 30 days, I can never add them to their national account, because there is always a 30 day balance. Therefore I return the national accounts purchase or never renew. Sage are you seeing a lot of turnover here? Now you know why.
Idea allow a customer with a balance to be added to a national account.
