Prohibit the changing of the ready to post flag from no to yes if the total debits in the batch do not equal the total credits.

Do not let unbalanced Journal Entries be flagged as Ready to Post

Batches that have unbalanced entries in any modules should not be able to be set set to Ready To Post.I build my batches to have a complete set of entries in one batch. It is really annoying when entries get kicked out to an error batch.
Nothing should be allowed to "post" (AP entries, AR entries Receipts etc unless they balance!
