Currently only ADMIN can access the Restart Maintenance icon. Users cannot be given permission to run Restart Maintenance, this resource needs to be added to the Administrative Services security group.

• agreed, users get frustrated when they get an error message that something is not fully processed but they have forgotten what activity that was.

• comment added 31 Jan 2017: It would be good if a user could see their own restart records, so that when that message comes up, they could see just their own and deal with them.
