When generating PO's from OE Sales Sage generates the recommended PO. This can be changed but the order number has already been generated so cannot be deleted. If the order is not required it is necessary to go and delete the PO.
The PO number should be generated after the PO is edited and confirmed. Then it can also be deleted without the need to delete a PO with its Auditing issues and/or incomplete PO sequence.

• Absolutely Steve. Find it frustrating this was not included from the outset, it's hopeless generating a bunch of orders without being able to delete them BEFORE the number is generated.
