1. For those customers where we do not allow partial shipment and do not allow back orders in AR, the SHIP ALL button in Shipment Entry screen does not work. (in Order Entry screen it does work!!)
2. Un-ticking these two boxes in AR will still not allow the SHIP ALL button to work in the Shipment Entry screen for orders raised earlier.
3. NEW orders raised AFTER the customer boxes have been un-ticked can be SHIPPED ALL in the Shipment Entry screen
