The ability to copy an existing journal will help maximize your time. This come handy when there's an existing posted journal that could serve as a template of a new journal and you can copy this journal template and then edit it as necessary. Also, the copy and reversed features will also help in the same way, as a template for a new journal. This will save time in entering information on the required fields. If an entry is posted incorrectly or backwards, doing a reversed and copy, you will be able to create two journal batch/entry at the same time to reversed the incorrect journal and one correct journal. This feature is actually available on other accounting software.
