Sage have confirmed Ops Enquiry is very slow to open on large databases :

"I heard from the NA Consultant.
I confirmed with our specialists. Unfortunately, there’s not much that can be done for this when the data is large. There is no setting in Sage 300 ERP or in SQL that will speed this up.
The only workaround is to let the window load once and don’t close it until it’s time to log out of Sage 300."

Many clients experience this issue once their data is large.

Ops Enquiry is critical to many sites. Sage provide this product, which was originally third party, so Sage needs to support it. Adding indexes into the relevant data would be the likely solution.
