There are different tax calculation methods for salary earnings vs pension earnings (see first step of the CRA PDOC online calculations https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/rhpd/startLanguage.do?lang=English
).

We currently have no way to differentiate an earning code from a salary vs a pension earning so the pension earnings are not calculating the federal tax properly.
