The UP Job Related Timecards are not getting the Billing Rates from PJC as it should. This is the only Module that has an obscure method for billing that is not the same as the all other modules. I thought it was a bug but has been considered a "by design flow" which sounds more like a flaw. If you set the Pay Tab of the Employee Billing Overwrite to "No", should mean that the Billing comes from PJC. As of now, is displaying zero. You can set up billing rate withing UP, and it would make sense to be used if the Overwrite is set to Yes, but if you set to No, PJC should provide the Rate!
