Automatic comments that fill in the Order Entry Totals tab based on entry in AR customer info screen that will print on Order Confirmation, Pick List and Invoice. Customers have the same comments "use NNNN shipping account" or "deliver to *****". Managed this in PFW with pop up action notes for visual reminders to entry users and Comment Keys to automatically print on invoices. Comments in A/R Customers doesn't display anywhere else so can't use those.
