Refresh data/tabs to actually show proper totals for pretty much every data entry screen.

Ex: In O/E Shipping Entry when I enter an added freight charge it doesn't show the proper total in the Totals tab until after I click Post. By then it's too late to make corrections. It should be showing the proper totals based on the actual data entered not based on some data pulled from previous entry sessions.

Another example: In A/R Receipt Entry when I enter and apply payments to invoices it doesn't refresh the correct applied total until after I click outside of that entry box. It should auto update immediately after I change the apply column from "No" to "Yes" since it already fills in the apply amount.

As it is now I can't trust what is displayed is accurate and correct unless I click elsewhere or change windows to refresh it. Never had this issue with PFW in terms of showing correct data/totals/calculations.
