OE Order Entry, when you ship out, the original order is still editable, you can insert a new line and ship out again using same order. need to make this order complete and uneditable, just like what PO does

• Make it optional. I want the opposite: Allow delete items from part-shipped order, eg On a large order with many items, after some items have shipped, one item is unavailable or was only entered as a generic item, then a substitute item is shipped, so we want to delete the original item and substitute the shipped one. Yes there are workarounds, but no we shouldn't be forced to use them.

• We are getting an error when trying to invoice a shipment where the order was modified by adding an extra line after the shipment was posted. This is a bug and should be fixed immediately.
