It takes forever to sign on. It takes forever for a module like order entry to come up, it takes for ever to print something, it takes for ever to close a print window, I can go on and on about how this last upgrade, update has really screwed with my system. I don't care or know how you are going to do it, but you need to fix it. I am tired of complaining to my rep about this, you need to hear us out here in the field loud and clear. GET THIS CRAP FIXED.

Finally someone agrees, yes this is CRAP. If you are going to upgrade or update something at least make sure it is at least as good as the previous version. Printing is super painful, month end reports now take an hour each which means that the whole procedure now takes a little over 7 hours. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
I agree. Something has to be done about screen and report load times. Ever since we've upgraded from version 6.0 our crystal report run times have slowed down significantly.
