Currently there is a global option to default the quantity committed based on the order quantity entered. If disabled, then the user must manually enter a quantity committed.

A nice option would be the ability to specify the defaulting of quantity committed by customer. This would allow stock to be automatically reserved (if available) for specific customers (i.e. best/biggest customers.) Customers without the default commitment option enabled could still have their orders committed manually.
