In all the modules except GL there is a Clear History or Clear Transactions security authoristion.

This removes the ability for users to clear data from the system.

In the GL however this is part of Transaction Maintenance and Post Journals.

If it was removed from Post journals that would be OK, but ideally just cleary lable it like it is in the other modules.
