After entering a new order and posting, a "Record Not Found" error comes up and the order has to be re-entered. This has been run through RV Spy software but does not log any records. Thinking this is a bug that just needs to be fixed.

  • Review the GL batch entry and confirm that you are not posting the entries in the account, which is inactive in a chart of account. If you have selected wrong GL account then correct it in error batch and repost the batch
