This would be helpful when training as you will know if the new user or the training user is logged in.

It would also be nice to see this when setting up new users. I personally will log in and out under my own user, the new user and even admin for the UI profiles to make sure they are set up correctly and the print settings are as per company preference. Knowing which databases I am logged in as my own login instead of admin would be great instead of just closing all instances and re-signing back it to make sure I don't work all day under the wrong user.

  • Hi Jody, Good idea. Meanwhile, as each user, we create a folder in the Sage 300 desktop, named for the user, starting with a space so it sorts to the top of the folder list. - Steve
