Currently Sage 300 allows for the assignment of screen customizations to users. The same type of functionality should exist for other customizations to allow for:

- assigning default custom forms to users
- creating/assigning custom icons (report/macro/external file) to users. Currently, custom icons can be created for All Users or just the logged in user. Assigning a custom icon to a subset of users is cumbersome, and requires signing in as each user to add or modify

  • The Visual Process Flows offer much of the functionality that you're looking for in terms of icon/macro/report customization. The Admin user can modify the VPF screens on a user-by-user basis. Defaulting custom forms, however, isn't there.
