Currently Sage 300 allows for the assignment of screen customizations to users. The same type of functionality should exist for other customizations to allow for:
- assigning default custom forms to users
- creating/assigning custom icons (report/macro/external file) to users. Currently, custom icons can be created for All Users or just the logged in user. Assigning a custom icon to a subset of users is cumbersome, and requires signing in as each user to add or modify

The Visual Process Flows offer much of the functionality that you're looking for in terms of icon/macro/report customization. The Admin user can modify the VPF screens on a user-by-user basis. Defaulting custom forms, however, isn't there.
