Currently, Warranties can only be registered to AR Customers. Many distributors need to register warranties to end users who are not the retailer to whom they sold the product, so are not AR customers. Serial registration should be expanded to allow entry of end-user name, address and contact details as an alternative to selecting an AR customer.

Warranty registration and lookup should also be available directly from Serial Number Inquiry
