The focus when adding a Customer Comment highlights all the comments that have been entered. This can be devastating if you start typing. It would be great if the focus did not highlight all the entered notes on the screen. Probably the focus should be at the very end so you can just add more comments - though some people might want the focus to be at the very beginning if they are entering newest comments first.
In AR CUSTOMER REPORTS the CUSTOMER report ARCULT04 would be great to have a selection by COMMENT TYPE. We have several Comment Types and would like to just pull out certain Types as we plan calls for the week.
On the Comment summary screen - there is a problem with the Follow-up Date - if you put in 12/31/99 - the system enters 12/31/1999. I think somewhere after 12/31/29 is where the problem is. We had been trying to designate a certain type of comment with 12/31/99 date - but since that is not working because 1999 is more recent than the Date Entered - we have been keying in all 4 digits. (And who doesn't like saving keystrokes!)
